Just had the BEST back, neck & shoulder massage! I have years worth of knots and very sensitive skin and muscles due to medical conditions and Alexandra has made me feel like new! It was a very warm, cosy experience - Alexandra really made sure I was well taken care of in every way. Her attention to detail with each of the treatments was amazing. I felt very comfortable with Alexandra and I'm so happy with my final results. My skin is glowing and looks extremely even toned and bright. It even looks more hydrated, and I'd been having really dry skin issues.

Every time I go to Desert Rose Wellness to receive a treatment from Alexandra I leave the premises with a feeling that I should go there more often. This time I’ve done a combo of preso therapy and a facial microdermabrasion and I received some advise for next treatments and to prevent aging faster.
I have been coming to Alexandra for about 4 years for my facials and I won’t go anywhere else! She is very knowledgeable and tailors my treatments to what my skin needs on any given day. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Great experience, nice and cozy beauty room. With Alexandra advice, I follow 6 weeks Microdermabrasion treatment, I visit her every week. A lot of improvement from the first day. Thank you Alexandra.
Great experience very time it is great to go to a place where you feel 100% comfortable especially with something intimate like waxing. I am a plus size woman also so I was nervous to see how I would be treated and from beginning to end it has been amazing. I have also done the sauna treatment to help with water retention which was also amazing

Alexandra goes over and above with her caring and thorough approach. I feel I get more than I expect every treatment - a listening ear, a massage as part of the waxing service. A truly professional service.
I have had 3 sessions of Skin Rejuvenation with Microdermabrasion and Radiofrequency. I must say I can already see a difference! Not only are these treatments relaxing but they work, my skin feels tighter and younger! I highly recommend!
